Saint-Hyacinthe, October 28, 2024. – Nutri Group is proud to celebrate the induction of Mr. Serge Lefebvre into the Temple de la renommée de l’agriculture du Québec, the province’s agricultural hall of fame. This prestigious honour, awarded each year to the leaders of Quebec agriculture, recognizes those who have shaped the farming industry through their exceptional contributions.
We want to acknowledge Mr. Lefebvre’s remarkable commitment to Quebec agriculture, and in particular his significant contribution to the egg industry. A pillar of our company’s transformation into a major pan-Canadian player, he served as president from 2015 to 2021 and is now a director of Nutri Group. He also chairs the board of Supreme Egg Product.
Among his many accomplishments, his volunteer work with the Fondation Agria since 2011 shows how much it matters to Serge to support the next generations of agricultural producers.
“His innovative ideas and his determination to give egg producers a stronger voice in society helped shape our Farmer-Owner business model, which reflects the values of the families who founded Nutri Group in 1987,” says Claudia Désilets, Chair of the Board of Nutri Group.
